Tornadoes, rain and heavy wind have arrived at Japan, with all Typhoon Hagibis. The states have seen Englands Pool C clash with France and the final Pool B match against Italy of New Zealand named off. A decision will be reached at 12am (BST) on Sunday over whether Scotland and World Cup hosts Japans critical Pool A experience in Yokohama will proceed. Typhoon Hagibis, shutting in from the Pacific, brought heavy rain in broad areas of Japan ahead of its landfall, such as Shizuoka and Mie prefectures, south west of Tokyo, in addition to Chiba to the north, which had suffered power outages and damaged houses from the months typhoon. A tornado ripped through Chiba on Saturday, killing a man inside and overturning a car in the town of Ichihara. Heavy rain and strong winds have been pounding Tokyo as the worst typhoon there in six decades . The one that struck at the Tokyo region left. Hagibis, sorate at Filipino, was progressing northwestward with highest sustained winds of 100 miles per hour, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
