Bovada isn't paying over 3500 in winnings, saying that I was doing Reverse activity which is prohibited as per their rules. As a betfair user for a long time, I have been using cash-out to book profits most of the times. Since Bovada doesnt supply this kind of ability I was gambling on both sides to produce profit with my cash funds. Reverse action as described on their website is:"Reverse Activity is not allowed. Reverse Action is called betting both sides of a single event for the purpose of falsely achieving a specified minimum amount of betting activity in order to qualify for bonuses." This clearly states to be eligible for bonuses, people bet on either side to ensure minimum wagering requirement is met. But I was not even interested in his or her bonus. I did opt-in for 500 bonus while depositing 2000, but soon recognized the 5x wagering is on the total sum of 2500 and not just bonus amount. So cancelled it mid-way. I should be free to do whatever I want to do with my own money funds - either bet on either side OR no sides - it's my own money, and I should be able to play the way I would like to. However, Tony from verification team wont listen. He grabbed all my winnings (I'd over 7200$ in my account) and just gave my initial deposit of 3400$ back. Is there a way to get my winnings out of Bovada? I'm hugely disappointed that I trusted this A rated bookmaker with my money. Read more here: http://classicsounds.pl/?p=36907
