W Brom vs Cardiff Sky Bet Chboat 3:00pm Saturday 5th October The Hawthorns (Att: 25140) West Brom moved very ahead of the Sky Bet Championship and also returned to winning ways. Charlie Austin also scored his first league goal for West Brom after first-half strikes from Grady Diangana along with Matheus Pereira. Austin made it 3-0 a minute after, keeping his cool replacement Kyle Edwards had joined to put through him and to push over Smithies. Cardiff werent done however and Ward slammed home from 12 yards after Mendez-Laing found him on 75. It was 3-2 when Ward applied the finishing touch after Flint appeared to have glanced 10 seconds to home replacement Josh Murphys corner.
