Chelsea winger Willian has advocated the Chelsea board to be "like Manchester City and Liverpool" and also have patience with Frank Lampard. The Brazilian has worked under four permanent managers since his move to Stamford Bridge at 2013, plus boss Guus Hiddink, who had been during the 2015/16 season. But Willian has known as the Chelsea board to give Lampard time in the club, just like last season's Premier League winners and runners-up have done using Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola. "Lampard has been one of the greatest players in Chelsea and among the greatest gamers in Europe," Willian stated. "The fans love him and he knows the club very well. I believe it's time to devote him more time. I have been in Chelsea six decades and I've had five unique directors! "Maybe now it is time to devote additional time such as Man City do, like Liverpool do, four or three years. That may be essential." Lampard, who played with 429 days for the team has had a mixed start to his profession because Blues manager, winning 2 , drawing two and losing one of the opening five league matches. The 41-year-old picked up his second victory on Saturday as Chelsea manager, beating against Wolves 5-2 thanks to some Tammy Abraham hat-trick.
