The two Marcus Stroman and Aaron Sanchez -- Toronto's top two pitchers -- missed significant time this past year and were incredibly strict while on the mount as a result. With these two expected to enjoy healthy seasons, the Blue Jays will recover some wins lost from last season. Add in the inevitable promotion of top prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. along with bats sporting potent potential along with the Blue Jays should be able to get much closer to the .500 mark. Prediction: BLUE JAYS -- OVER 76.5 (+115) Tampa Bay Rays Logo Tampa Bay Rays 2019 win complete over/under: 84.5 2018 win complete: 90 The Rays were one of the greatest surprises in baseball last year when they won 90 games while fighting the titanic Red Sox and Yankees in the AL East all season long. I really don't expect the same amount of success this time around for a team that still only had three valid members to their rotation. Their"opener" plan was largely successful, but Kevin Cash better hope his previously unknown relief corps can replicate their success from last year.
